This brand-new 5-star hostel has been built on the site of the old hostel, which was demolished in 2007.
The new hostel boasts a wide range of rooms to suit all budgets: private rooms, dormitories, some en-suite rooms, family rooms built in mezzanine style and even a ‘Honeymoon Suite – a superb double en-suite room!
The hostel enjoys an ideal location – on the Wicklow Way walking route – and offers fabulous views from every window, including Glencree and its surrounding mountains. And there is plenty to do in the surrounding area – hiking and enjoying the beautiful countryside, sites such as Powerscourt House and Gardens, the Glencree Reconciliation Centre and the German War Cemetery.
